In July, the AFT released “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow?.” It’s a report on the shortage of teachers and school staff. This webinar will share many of the report’s recommendations, but most important, will share concrete steps leaders and educators can take now to help retain teachers and school staff. This session will also focus on the practical steps AFT leaders and members can take now; they do not cost huge amounts of money and proactively address one of the most pressing problems in American public schools.
